Camp Green Lane Blog Post-December 1st

The countdown to the winter reunion is on! T-minus 9 days until we get together with our camp family for a morning of fun at The Funplex in Mt. Laurel, NJ! We polled some campers about why they love the winter reunion, and this is what they said:

“I finally get to be with my friends again!”

” My bunk has a sleepover the night before and we stay up late talking and laughing. It’s the best!”

“There is so much to do at The Funplex. The bumper cars are my favorite. And the pizza is pretty good!”

“Camp always has a fun surprise waiting for us. One year we got CGL texting gloves, one year it was an awesome winter hat. I wonder what the surprise will be this year!”

“Getting together with my friends…. it feels like camp never ended. We pick up right where we left off!”

“My counselors were there last year. That was a total surprise and I was so happy to see them!”

Needless to say, the winter reunion is great. It gives everyone a chance to dive back into the “2 months” that we live for, even if it’s just for a few hours. If you can’t make it on December 10th, don’t worry, we’re already planning the spring Open House/Reunion, which is at camp! We’ll have a BBQ, blow-up rides, and other fun surprises in store. Any excuse to get our camp family together!
